Responsible for service and retrofit activities for the hydro-electricity machines market in Oceania, I am in charge to develop and sustain our business in the region by developing local resources, defining capture plans to catch-up upcoming opportunities, managing a team dedicated to the region, and implementing the strategy. My current role is to sustain and develop the current level of business in the region in terms of sales and orders and to increase the profitability of the operations by executing the projects of the region.
