Born and educated in France, I moved to United Kingdom in summer 2014 to work as an Art Director at the Cambridge University Press. Before I have been working for the agency La Souris Verte since 2011 as their Art Director, after which I studied for my Masters at the School of Art and Design in Orléans. I have also been working as a freelance Graphic Designer after my graduation for 2 years.

    2015 - maintenant As part of the ELT Marketing Communications team, with a “hands on” approach, I'm involved in the creation of inspiring, cutting edge marketing communications, stretching across all media. This involve managing the creation of marketing design for both print and digital. Owning and ensuring that all marketing communications comply and adhere to style guides and as well as overall brand guidelines.
    Defining the creative processes, budgets and schedules for Marketing Communications design and brand.

    • Coordinate marketing design/brand communication activities and support the implementation of marketing campaigns, supporting the marketing and promotion of digital products, including mobile apps and eBooks.
    • Ability to think conceptually and globally about projects. Able to develop and evolve design systems. Research and explore best practices in interactive design, and is able to discern which competitive ideas are most effective.
    • To manage four designers, to motivate, monitor performance, coach and set objectives for the designers. To assign all design projects, monitor and review work and arrange appropriate training.
    • Manage, seek and work with external media and brand agencies.
    • Ensure both online and offline work is carried out to a high standard equal to the best in the industry.
    • Develop and share a good understanding of customer and competitor activity in relation to design and brand
    • To manage key suppliers in a professional and collaborative manner, negotiating costs and assessing levels of service and the quality of work provided.
    • Produce and own style and brand guidelines
    • To ensure market research outcomes, relevant to brand/design and product are integrated within all marketing designed collateral and used to steer the strategy of future creative directions
    • To be the guardian of the Cambridge University Press ELT brand outputs, across all media.
  • Cambridge University Press - Senior Graphic Designer

    2014 - 2015 Responsible for creating sophisticated, multi-faceted design for the English Language Teaching group at Cambridge University Press.

    Lead brainstorming, concept development, and design of integrated marketing campaigns, as well as mentor and lead other designers in the team. Communicate conceptual ideas and design effectively and be comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences.

    • Lead the creation of integrated digital and print marketing designs
    • Lead the development of style and branding guidelines
