Main activity:
I lead the engineering team which is developing the Eaton Software Suite called “Intelligent Power Manager”.
Intelligent Power Manager connects power devices (mainly UPSs & Power Distribution Units) to the IT infrastructure (server, storage, virtualization platforms, Cloud orchestrator).

I manage projects for several Eaton groups (single phase UPSs, 3 Phase UPSs, ePDU, OEM). The OEM activity implies strategic projects with Eaton key IT partners, Dell, OMRON, Lenovo, HP, …

I am the Eaton scientific coordinator of DATAZERO ANR research project (2015 / 2018)
Main DATAZERO challenge: How to manage the electricity and the service flows in order to deliver services to customers in a robust and efficient manner within datacenters operated with several energy sources?
Consortium: UPS Irit / INPT Laplace / Femto / Eaton
I place my team ahead of worldwide UPS and ePDU competition in IT Market and technologies:
• Latest Operating System support (Windows, Linux, Mac, Unix, …),
• Virtualization integration (VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, KVM, …),
• Device management,
• Network Protocols: IPV6, SNMPV3, http(s) and Web services, IPMI, …
Management:
I prepare and execute the software roadmap taking into account multiple demands. I manage the budget and resources accordingly.
I synchronize the activity of my engineering team with a broader multi functional team including following functions (Innovation, Marketing, Customer Support, Sustaining, Validation, Industrialization …)
I develop my local team with Human Resources tools. I set the goals and evaluate the achievement.
I manage multi cultural remote teams in India, China, Czech republic … for some development, tests or industrialization.
