Check application of the HSE Policy (directives, rules, specifications, procedures) on all construction workplace.

Lead/organize regular Safety Talks.
Participates in the preparation of minor and major shutdowns with all other parties in order to optimise duration, sequences, resources, …
Perform regular audits and inspection of operations and installations and update Action Track.
Ensure that all safety materiel (including emergency one) is identified, registered and that Preventive Maintenance is performed as per either manufacturer instructions or specific Site instruction (frequency and procedures) and duly recorded through Maintenance software.
Ensure that all Hazardous material are kept in proper conditions and safely used.
Perform regular Task Observation to identify good and bad practices.
Ensure coordination with Integrity Engineer with respect to regular lifting or gas cylinder inspections.
Check and give feed-back to HSE Manager regarding competence and training of personnel.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly SIMOPS HSE reports.
Keep updated all SIMOPS HSE Site statistics and ensure proper follow-up of Site Indicators defined by RSES.
Meeting organizations, preparation, attendance and Minute of meting drafting and distribution.
HSE authority for all SIMOPS work permits.
Record SIMOPS monthly working hours and forward them to HSE Methods Sana’a.
