    TOULOUSE 2014 - maintenant • Interface between TAS and Gazprom Space System for all AIT Center matters which pertain to either those identified in the YAMAL 601spacecrafte contract and those further needed until the AIT Center operation readiness.
    • In charge of cost optimization, getting an integrated AIT Center end-to-end schedule/WBS/WPD, identifying and listing all processes and MGSEs& EGSEs needed for production of telecom and radar SC at AITC.
    • Involved in Business Plan (CAPEX/EBITDA) & legal aspects for Joint Venture.

    · Participation in lobby actions plan and road map for Asia region.
    · Collaboration with numerous China Companies ( CASIC, CETC, CAAC …) in the framework of EGSIC project .
    · Ensure the team conducts & manages day-to-day design & build operations to reach objectives in terms of Time/Cost/Quality/Performance.

    · Ensure adequate multidisciplinary staffing of the team.

    · Ensure control of program risks (including Suppliers risks) by identifying the risk; launch mitigation actions.
    · Monitor the deliverables against those requirements to ensure compliance in accordance with the Requirements Management Delivery Plan.
