•Set up Sourcing Guidelines according with Best Landed Cost approach
•Tracks progress plan and monitors status for all Commodities
- Sourcing Monitoring & Panel Management:
•Leads the Sourcing process for series and new programs to ensure good and efficient Strategy deployment
•Coordinates the “LCC Acceleration Plan” project and share best practices across the regions (Europe, NAFTA, Mercosur and Asia Pacific)
•Sets up and deploys a Risk Management process (Financial vs Criticality)
- Tools & Methodologies:
•Elaborates a Material Marketing Report consolidating main cost drivers available on the market (Oil, PP, Steel, …)
•Managed the elaboration of a Cost Model tool to support Strategy construction and Buyer’s negotiation
