• 2iDS - System Engineer

  2002 - 2006 2iDS is a computer services company which offers different services such as administration, design, developpment and integration of solutions.
  
  During these 4 years, I've been working for 2 important companies:
  - TF1: the 1st french TV channel, where I had a System administrator and then System Engineer role, integrating Anti-Virus, virtual and cluster solutions, while also performing a migration to Active Directory
  - Société Générale: one of the biggest bank in France and Europe, where I had a System Engineer role, performing Active Directory integration on a complex network infrastructure.

• Stream Int. - Technical Support (3COM and Microsoft)

  2000 - 2002 Stream is a call center, performing technical support for varios companies.
  
  During these 2 years, I've been doing Technical support for first 3COM modems and networks cards, and then for Microsoft Windows products.
  
  Microsoft support was realized through phone calls, emails, forums, and even chats, while also writing some KBs.
