I- HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION
I am a multidisciplinary graduate in Finance, Economics and Business Law. Indeed, having graduated from a Double Masters degree in Economics and Business Law at the University Pantheon-Sorbonne (Paris I), I am capable of discipline, organization and hard work. Two years ago, aiming for an international career, I graduated from the LLM in Business Law in a Global Context (in English) at the University of Montreal in Canada. In a Common Law system, I have had the opportunity to understand how law was applied in an international environment. It is then that I fed the need to study finance, in order for me to widen my approach of business. Islamic Finance, as a niche market, founded on an ethical way of impacting real economy, became an obvious choice for me. Having graduated this year from the Executive Master in Islamic Finance at the Paris-Dauphine University, I have now completed my academic education of quality.
My education not only helps me strengthen my knowledge of the Western markets' political and economical specificities, but allowed me to also study law as a powerful economic and social tool.
II- REWARDING PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
When I obtained my double degree in Economics and Law, I got offered an opportunity to work in Barcelona.
As team manager in a public relations company, and as junior consultant in a successful Spanish Consulting company, I found myself faced with various challenges. Managing teams, organizing events, having to study the Spanish market and conseling various companies, brought me to develop strong capabilities of both adaptation and responsiveness.
The year I spent in Barcelona brought me maturity and personal confidence.
III- IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LAW
I have worked as legal intern in First-Tier French Law firms JeantetAssociés and CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Casablanca. Advising international companies investing in Morocco brought me to sharpen my legal analysis in various fields as corporate, commercial, banking, penal, constitutional, real estate, mining and energy law. Moreover, Morocco being a foreign exchange regulated country, I have participated to an administrative litigation with the Moroccan Foreign Exchange Office.
Through hard work and curiosity, I have developed a true versatility in my legal analysis.
Thanks to my first rewarding experiences, I have been able to adapt myself easily to international French companies' environment. Thus, whether at Tarkett or SCOR SE, both listed on various stock exchange markets, and leaders on their respective fields, I have been able to quickly gasp what was expected from me. Thus, whether in coporate, and memorandums.
Stregthened by a significant experience in business law in a global context, I strive for a career of excellence.
