    Corporate Strategy Activities
    I have been accountable for assessing organic/external growth for the Health Information Technology CHS division. Directly reporting to CHS Vice-President and President, my main duties include:

    • Framing the M&A strategy and developing Cross-BU portfolio to enable sustainable revenue and profit growth
    • Researching competitors, macro market trends, risks and modeling go-to-market strategies
    • Identifying and approaching targets as well as preparing pitchbook and performing key presentations to target companies’ Boards.
    • Building business plan for market access including markets trends, stakeholders sizing and P&L needs
    • Executing transactions including due diligence, tackling shareholders’ questions, managing third parties
    • Corporate matters including: Cloud, SaaS, EHR, Data, Social, Gaming, CRM, Market Access…


    Main achievement: Completing one Global key milestone of the Group by closing the multi-million $ acquisitions.

    Pricing Activities;
    Now directly reporting to the America’s President Deputy, my main objective is to maximize sales, market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives.
    • Fully in charge of a multi-million dollars division by determining the go-to-market pricing strategy on new launches
    • Re-modeling new pricing strategy, getting buy-in and driving pricing implementation
    • Monitoring Healthcare Institutions’ activities and medico-economic risks to assess key impacts, training M&S team
    • Conducting heavy analysis on CRM and MS product price modeling scenarios, break-even and P&L analysis
    • Performing ongoing pricing activities such as capturing macro-economic factors, providing target margin and MS and CRM price monitoring processes
