Colombes2012 - 2014Managing a team of 6 people at Tetra Pak's Factory in France.
The design departement is the interface between the customers and the shopfloor (prepress). It covers design handling from artwork creation to repro and proofing. We are in charge of the entire French Market.
Our continuous improvement program based on TPM methodology has 10 pillars covering loss across the Supply Chain organization.
As FI South Europe leader, I drive the local pillar activities composed of 4 members coming from each process cell (prepress, printing, coating and slitting) and enable cross fertilization across the three factories in South Europe. Our main
focuses are volume deployments and allocations as well as systematic loss
deployment and eradication linked to productivity and material waste.

Colombes2009 - 2011since January 2011, I am temporarly detached from my WCM position to take the lead on several investment projects concerning the installation of a new production line in our factory.

Colombes2009 - maintenantWorked six month at Oberthur Technologies for my end of study internship.
As a R&D trainee, I studied the aging of special papers used for bills of various currencies and developped a series of tests simulating their lifecycle.
Xerox Research Centre Canada

2008 - maintenantspent 4 months working on physical and chemical interactions between inks and various substrates. We developped new formulas to improve inks adhesion on plastic substrates.
