Ma capacité à m'adapter et à communiquer efficacement, pour faire en sorte que toutes les parties prenantes soient disposées à suivre des objectifs communs et à développer un travail d'équipe interfonctionnel efficace, soutient mon leadership fondé sur des valeurs d'intégrité, de fiabilité, de respect et d'esprit d'équipe.

En constante évolution dans un environnement multinational complexe, je dois utiliser des méthodes de travail agiles et flexibles, sans oublier de penser de manière stratégique et opérationnelle, et sans perdre de vue les objectifs à atteindre, dans le but de maximiser les capacités de l’équipe tout en mettant l’accent sur la sécurité et le bien-être de mes équipes

    Identify solutions (concepts, architecture, technology, etc..) To monitor and control the assembly stages.
