    * Overall follow-up of the supply chain from sourced components (Internal or external factories) to Finished products
    * Orders follow-up through several KPIs (Back Order Reports, Ramp-Up Shipment Reports, Etc.)
    * Monitoring of suppliers capacities, lead-times, MOQs, Etc.

    Project Responsibilities

    * In charge of the follow-up of the Corporate Social Responsibilities of the Asian OEM suppliers based on local governing laws and the BIC Code of Conduct
    * Participation to the watch of the company in Asia through a Technology Database (identification of new products, materials, Etc.)
    * Participation in the New Product Development committee regrouping Manufacturing, Marketing, Project, Quality and Finance Dpt.
  • Maped - Asia Pacific Sales Manager

    Argonay 2007 - 2010 * Management of a sales network of 19 exclusive agents working both on Mass Market (Listing negotiation, promotion, general follow–up, Etc.) and Traditional market (Bookstores, Stationery retails, Wholesale, Etc.)

    * Definition of the targets and forecasts per items for each country, monthly follow up of the objectives.

    * Increase of 30% in the Turnover within the two first years

    * Animation of the sales network and formation of the sales team

    * Shipment follow-up improvement
  • MAPED - China (1 Year) and then Asia Marketing Manager

    Argonay 2005 - 2007 Realization of Marketing Plans and development of over 200 Maped products designed for Asia as well as some OEM Projects (Carrefour China for instance) according to markets potentials, strategic decisions and customer needs.


    Negotiation with Maped main Key Accounts and Distributors in China in order to list new products and ranges, reorganize the existing assortments and prepare promotional events.
