  • Alstom (Contractor) - IS&T Project Manager

    2010 - maintenant IS&T project manager in a very complex merger and acquisition process (support Program Management Core Team – one IS&T VP and 3 Top Managers).
    - Prepare project reporting.
    - Prepare Steering Committee meetings.
    - Represent the client / participate in meetings with third parties.
    - Help organize the project.
    - Follow-up of program at country level (~80 countries involved).

  • Sierra Wireless - SAP Project Manager

    ISSY LES MOULINEAUX 2008 - 2010 Project manager in SAP projects, mainly related with CRM, BW, FI, MM and SD modules.

    - Lead external consultants.
    - Lead implementation of new functionalities in logistics, finance, CRM and BW.
    - Suggest and lead changes to secure existing SAP implementation (e.g. environments & configuration management).

    2004 - 2006 Solution test coordinator (including UAT) for several go lives: approach, planning, team coordination (up to 100 testers). Report to Program Management

  • IBM - SAP Project Manager / Testing Manager / Logistics Senior Consultant

    Bois-Colombes 2000 - 2006 Logistics senior consultant, with project management responsibilities. Pre-sales support to SAP R/3 practice and sales leader for IBM business partners. Testing Manager.

    1) 2 full cycle SAP projects as project manager:

    - 1 in Oporto for a paper transformation company (FI, CO, SD, PP, MM, WM, HR modules).
    - 1 international project in Coimbra and Brazil for a 1st tier automotive supplier multinational ((FI, CO, SD, PP, MM, WM modules).

    2) Testing manager in France, for an Insurance Company international project to implement a worldwide software. Lead of an off-shore team. Setup of the tool Test Director to manage all the testing campaigns of the project.

  • Accenture - Senior Consultant

    Paris 1994 - 2000 Several information systems implementation projects, mainly in industrial environments.

    Team leader in SAP projects from 1997 to 2000 (MM and PM projects):
    - 2 projects in Lisbon for a construction company (MM + PM).
    - 1 international project in Barcelona for automotive industry (MM + EDI) - project in English and Spanish.
