After a rich experience in Information Technology gained in different countries and sectors such as Banking, E-Marketing and Outsourcing, Joseph moved to Service Management where he currently ensures the quality of the services provided by CGI for SILCA - Crédit Agricole.
Joseph is familiar with ITIL V3 Foundation, comes from a multicultural background and is passionate about IT, management, optimization and personal development. He speaks fluent English, French, Arabic and elementary Polish and is currently developing his business and project management skills.
