Joseph Fabre was born in Carcassonne, France, in 1985. He received the Eng. Degree in electrical engineering from ENSEEIHT (Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Electronique, d’Electrotechnique, d’Informatique, d’Hydraulique et de Telecommunications), Toulouse, France, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, France and also at ALSTOM Transport Company at the department of Power Electronics Technologies in Traction Components Engineering, Tarbes, France, in 2013. He is currently working on his post-doctorate project at the Static Converter Research Group at the Laboratoire Plasma et Conversion d’Energie, Toulouse, France. He is now involved in research programs on power electronics.
