  • Danone - Global Marketing Manager Baby Nutrition

    Paris 2011 - 2012 Responsible for the Global Toddler Platform + Supporting Dumex & Nutricia brands in Asia (no VP at that time)
    • Development of the Danone Brand-Portfolio Strategy for 11 countries in Asia (2b+ €), validated by Asian GMs, VPs and Global president - Still in place and valid in 2017
    • Led the agency pitch of the new Dumex Communication platform - Still in use in 2017
    • Rewrote Global Toddler platform Europe, redefining Danone vision of the category

    Rueil-Malmaison 2009 - 2011 In charge of Packaging Vision & Projects (5 brands - including Hellmann’s and Calvé - in 10+ countries)
    • Initiated and led the largest project for Unilever Dressings Globally (300m €/year) endorsed by the Regional and Global VP / Built and led 15 people cross-functional development team

    Rueil-Malmaison 2007 - 2009 In charge of Dove Body Wash Strategy and Innovations for Japan (2nd biggest market globally) and Korea, in a challenging Business context (3 years of double digit negative growth) – 80m €/year, 2 direct reports
    • Deep insight work leading to the launch of the new ‘Go Fresh’ range in partnership with the local teams
