    Recruitment Management:

    • Analysing staff requirements by creating job descriptions with the department head, and leading the recruitment process,
    • Working closely with recruitment agencies both locally and internationally,
    • Conducting interviews for all positions (finance, logistics, marketing, corporate…),
    • Assisting newly-recruited staff by providing them with information, helping them locate in Malta and providing them local knowledge,
