Human Resources
Recruitment Management:
• Analysing staff requirements by creating job descriptions with the department head, and leading the recruitment process,
• Working closely with recruitment agencies both locally and internationally,
• Conducting interviews for all positions (finance, logistics, marketing, corporate…),
• Assisting newly-recruited staff by providing them with information, helping them locate in Malta and providing them local knowledge,
• Giving constructive feedback to various recruitment agencies about the selection of prospective candidates, and keeping them abreast of our company progress and future development,
Staff relations:
• Plan and manage employees’ salary compensation, promotions, equal opportunities, and necessary job evaluations, deployment and mobility.
• Identify areas for development, by providing on job coaching,
• Propose new ideas with regards to compensation policies for employees, added benefits and incentive schemes.
• Ensure that staff’s behaviour is in line with the company standards, during and outside working hours.
• Take necessary disciplinary actions, firmly but fairly whenever the need arises
Administration:
• Keeping updated all the personnel data of every employee (such as salary, transfers,, disciplinary actions / warnings, resignations and redundancies)
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
• Draw up employee’s contracts in conjunction with relative department heads and legal advisors.
