  • - Destination Manager Paris

    CLICHY 2010 - maintenant * Responsible for all elements of ongoing account management and developing excellent relationships at the hotel level
    * Secure and negotiate competitive rates for both room only and packages, including during peak periods, to meet room night targets
    * Understand high/low occupancy periods for defined markets
    * Create and maintain calendars for key events and execute plans to meet market demand
    * Responsible for communicating and enabling Third party suppliers to meet product gaps
    * Set global mark up rates and decide global display preferencing for defined markets

  • TRAVCO - Paris Contracts Supervisor - Londres

    2008 - 2009 I supervised the Paris team creating commercial plans to develop the network of hotels being part of the portfolio and ensuring to generate the maximum turn-over possible with the contracts negociated with 600 hotels. I was responsible for negotiating with Paris hotels for year-long rates and seasonal promotions, meeting with hoteliers and representing the company either in the hotels in Paris or in London or on Workshops as well as ensuring that all contracts are received to deadline, and that contract conditions are met. My duties involved a lot of travelling to visit our partners to discuss the existing relationships and sales or prospect new areas and market the company to potential new hotel partners.
  • TRAVCO - Paris Hotel Contractor - Londres

    2006 - 2008 As a Hotel Contractor I'm responsible for Paris hotels partnerships at Travco.

    * Responsible for negotiating with Paris hotels for rates, allotments and favourable conditions
    * Visiting and inspecting hotels on a regular basis to ensure good standards
    * Meeting with hoteliers and representing the company either in the hotels or in London
    * Ensuring that all contracts are received to deadline, and that contract conditions are met
    * Dealing with disputes regarding rates, allotment, etc
    * Liaising with other members of staff to ensure the best possible use of contracted hotels
    * Travelling abroad for approximately 1-2 weeks per month
