I obtained my Master’s degree in Chemistry of Biomolecules, Catalysis and Environment, at the University of Poitiers (France) in june 2009. In September 2009, I joined the Liquid Crystals and Polymers (CLIP) group to carry out my PhD thesis under the direction of Prof. José Luis Serrano and Dr. Jesús Martinez de la Fuente in the Nanosciences Institute of Aragon, Zaragoza, Spain. I was part of the European FP7 Project “Dendreamers” in charge of the design and synthesis of dendrimers based on bis-MPA as potential vectors for drug delivery and diagnosis. I obtained her PhD in chemistry from the Chemistry Faculty of the Zaragoza University on the 22nd of march 2013, with a thesis titled: "Dendritic derivatives as building blocks for biomedical applications ».
On the 1st of April 2013 I joined the Polymer Therapeutics Laboratory head by Dr María Jesús Vicent located at the Principe Felipe investigation Center (CIPF), Valencia. My research was focused on the synthesis, physico-chemical characterization and in vitro evaluation of drug-polymer conjugates based on polyacetal and polygluamate polymers mainly for the treatment of prostate cancer. I was part of the HelloKit project (INNPACTO2012) focused on the development of biodegradable polymer-drug conjugates as part of a universal kit for magnetic hyperthermia mediated drug release.
I am now looking for new challenges in the field of polymer therapeutics, polymer chemistry in the research and development sector.
