I am interested in the evolutionary biology of microbes. More concretely, I am especially interested in mechanisms that generate and maintain the genetic variability of RNA viruses, dynamics of virus infection and more generally host-pathogen interactions.
Moreover, I also got the opportunity to work with a private company specialized in NGS technology. Thanks to this, I could create and manage a business network between Spanish laboratories and the company.
