Currently working at Airbus OneWeb Satellites- General Counsel organisation, I am in charge of international procurement contracts and sales go new business agreements drafting and negotiations, corporate affairs and compliance program set up and I participate to the company compliance board.
With 10 years experiences working as a lawyer within multinational companies and two years studying international trade law in the United Kingdom as a postgraduate, I achieved a solid experience in business law and I am very familiar to international environments.
Through my experiences in the industry, I have developed a deep analysis of complex legal issues notably on contracts, liability, trade regulations and Intellectual Property and handling litigations.
