Saint-Denis2009 - 2013In charge of the French participation in the development of:
- Touristic Services ISO standards (Diving, Wellness, Touristic information offices, Golf, Beaches, Natural protected areas, Adventure tourism, Yacht harbours, Industrial tourism, Green accommodation, ...)
- Event industry, especially ISO 20121 "Event sustainability management system": this includes a number of specialisms within the sustainability field including compliance, management systems and audit, supply chain engagement and management, corporate reporting and waste management.
Also in charge of the development of national standards such as Industrial tourism - Quality of services, Wellness spas, guidelines regarding ISO 20121, etc.
--> Technical expertise: project and programme management, strategy and lobbying, management of national/european/international meetings, standardization process,
--> Relationship and commercial management: secretary of about 19 commissions, manager of a specific agreement with the French Ministry of Tourism, in order to enhance the French participation in ISO standardisation.
