In charge of a 4 hydraulic engineers and 3 hydraulic designers team.
Design and monitoring of hydraulic systems (high and low pressure) for tunnel boring machine : hydraulic power pack, manifolds, grouting pumps, ventilation network, cooling system device,...
- Organization and coordination of studies, final approval of files before manufacturing, technical support to project managers during meetings with customers, technological watch.
- Human resources management, deployment and monitoring of objectives, recruitments.
- Responsible for the good respect of projects hour budgets, the good respect of current studies deadlines, the reliability and certification of designed and manufactured equipments (France, Singapore, UK, Australia,,...).
- Writing of technical specifications for purchase & notes for hydraulics equipments.
- Support to workshops, Purchasing and Quality departments during supply & manufacturing phases, and to jobsites during assembly and boring phases.
