    • dealt with high-order numerical schemes allowing to compute different types of flows governed by advection equations, Euler’s or Navier Stokes’s equations, completed with accurate and generic boundary conditions, purpose of my work.

    Achievements

    ∗ Successfully managed to tackle a challenging CFD problem by myself
    ∗ Successfully designed high-order boundary conditions codes based on actual research papers
    (Tam & Dong, Poinsot & Lele among others)
    ∗ Significantly improved results regarding outflow boundary conditions that was the primary cause
    for concerns in our numerical simulations
    ∗ Successfully gave oral presentations of my results and validated my results with the approval of CFD researchers of the laboratory.
  • SNECMA/SAFRAN - Assistant Ingénieur

    2012 - 2012 • Worked on meshing issues regarding the casing of the upcoming SNECMA’s turbofan engine, LEAP X, in order to set up mechanical studies and analysis (Deformation, fatigue limit, contraints..) on ANSYS Workbench software and CATIA CAD software.
    • Dealt with complex geometries and implemented methods to mesh it in hexahedric volumes (structured or unstructured)
    • Worked in O&M department team along with the R& D department so as to respond relevantly to their needs

    Achievements

    ∗ Successfully found new efficient ways to mesh that casing and dealt with concerns regarding meshing of holes all around the structure
    ∗ Successfully validated my results with the approval of the R&D department durmg an oral presentation of my results
