    Paris 2011 - 2012 As network and solution architect for Orange Cameroon, I was responsible for supporting local teams in the launch of the WiFi hotspots deployment activities. Coordinated pilot projects with the key customers of the group and identified their requirements. Performed RF and network design and site survey. Conducted technical training sessions. Assisted marketing team in the offer creation process.

  • France Télécom (Orange Labs) - R&D Engineer/ Project Manager

    2009 - 2012 Recruited as R&D Engineer and promoted to Project Manager within 10 months. Studied and qualified IEEE 802.11 protocols and indoor propagation mechanisms at 2.4 and 5GHz. Designed and implemented calculation models for capacity and coverage predictions of WiFi networks. Managed projects, analyzed requirements and specifications, created verification & validation tests, and estimated costs impact.

    Key Accomplishments:

    • Designed prediction models of propagation adapted to indoor complex environment (signal intensity prediction, access points positioning, network optimization, etc.).
    • Developed capacity calculation models able to predict traffic evolution and constraints of a multi-nodes network (Data traffic forecast by type of services, Protocol Efficiency quantification, Congestion prediction, etc.).
  • Web&Solutions - Network Engineer/System and Network Administrator

    2007 - 2009 Hired as Network Engineer and advanced to System and Network Administrator role. Initiated and executed refresh of the whole company network.
