  • Michael Page Interim Management - Consultant en recrutement Finance & Comptabilité

    Nantes 2011 - 2012 I built strong, long-term relationships with CFOs, HR Directors, and CEOs, promoted solutions, and grew presence in France in terms of number of buyers and revenue per customer in the ground-up founding of this consulting firm. I designed and executed business development plans while evangelizing for the concept of interim finance management. I collaborated with colleagues in and out of the company to connect the right talented individuals with the right companies, giving up to 20 interviews per week.
    * Time in this role proved to be an invaluable learning opportunity, in terms of business development, client prospecting, and network building.
    * Meeting truly outstanding people, including my wife, left me with nothing but good memories associated with this experience

    Préparation et organisation, conduite d'entretiens, analyse des résultats, rédaction compte rendu personnel, restitution résultats.

    Résultats: Succès de l'opération avec les Directeurs Commerciaux France/ Belgique/ Hollande, l'équipe Marketing et la force de vente France (50 personnes)
  • Société des Pétroles Shell - Chargé de Projet

    Paris 2004 - 2010 Analyse des procédures en vue d'une standardisation, mise en place de la structure opérationnelle du centre d’appels en adéquation avec le modèle international, facilitateur de communication, organisateur/animateur de réunions et téléconférences avec directeurs commerciaux et collaborateurs, suivi et résolution des problèmes.

    Résultats : Succès de la mise en place du projet, rationalisation des coûts, harmonisation des procédures du service clients.
