  • Michael Page Interim Management - Consultant en recrutement Finance & Comptabilité

    Nantes 2011 - 2012 I built strong, long-term relationships with CFOs, HR Directors, and CEOs, promoted solutions, and grew presence in France in terms of number of buyers and revenue per customer in the ground-up founding of this consulting firm. I designed and executed business development plans while evangelizing for the concept of interim finance management. I collaborated with colleagues in and out of the company to connect the right talented individuals with the right companies, giving up to 20 interviews per week.
    * Time in this role proved to be an invaluable learning opportunity, in terms of business development, client prospecting, and network building.

    Paris 2004 - 2010 Analyse des procédures en vue d'une standardisation, mise en place de la structure opérationnelle du centre d’appels en adéquation avec le modèle international, facilitateur de communication, organisateur/animateur de réunions et téléconférences avec directeurs commerciaux et collaborateurs, suivi et résolution des problèmes.
