  Here we present some of the missions conducted in the field of building and land development.
  
  • Supervision of construction of the BUSHENGE Hospital at Nyamasheke District. The Mission consisted of supervising engineering work, the electricity and hydraulic networks. This project was funded by the Government of Rwanda and Kingdom of the Belgium. 2010-2011.
  
  • Supervision of construction of the Meteo Station at Ngoma District. The Mission consisted of supervising engineering work, the electricity and hydraulic networks. This project was funded by the Government of Rwanda. 2010-2011.
  
  
  • Study and supervision of construction of 22 houses at Kicukiro District. The Mission consisted of study and drawing works, the electricity and hydraulic networks. This project was funded by a private company KYBERION CONSTRUCTION AFRICA. 2010-2011.
  
  • Supervision of construction of a hotel complex project at Muhanga. The Mission consisted of supervising engineering work, the electricity and hydraulic networks.
  
  • Supervision of construction of the FAWE Girls’ School at Kayonza. The Mission consisted of supervising engineering work, the electricity and hydraulic networks. This project was funded by the World Bank.2009. Value of the project: 1 583 372 560 Rwf.
  
  • Supervision of rehabilitation of the Zaza secondary school at Kibungo District. The Mission consisted of supervising engineering work, the electricity and hydraulic networks. This project was funded by the Government of Rwanda.2009.
  
  
  • A study for servicing Kimisange site: This study was funded by the PIGU / World Bank Project from the Ministry of Infrastructure. It involves the following studies:
  • Design of roads and drainage;
  • Power Network Drawings
  • Drinking water supply network drawing
  • Development of Telecommunications network (telephone)
  • Preparation of bidding documents.
  Study for the project on construction of the hydroelectric plant at Rusumo outsourced on behalf of a Canadian consultancy Company SNC-LAVALIN. This was a sub-regional project which required our intervention in Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania. 2007.
  
  • Landscaping of 40ha at Kimisange site on behalf of the Housing Bank of Rwanda. In collaboration with the CAIR sarl Consultancy firm, carry out the design and dimensioning of the road in cut stones pavement and drainage for a network of 12 km in length, hydraulic and power network design. 2008.
  Kigali Top Mountain Project providing Geoinformatics services for planning and design of real estate housing project.
  • Topographic survey and infrastructure planning for tea master plan in the former Kibuye province on behalf of OCIR THE. Topographic survey of a site of 2000 Ha, planning of feeder roads of 35 km long, subcontracting on behalf EXPERCO consultancy firm.
  
  Landscaping survey of 10 hectares of Gaculiro site for an estate of 34 homes and a country sport club on behalf of GM CONTRACTORS Company. Design of an asphalt road and drainage network of 9 km long.
