Senior Engineer Core Network Planning & Optimization ( MTN/AREEBA-GUINEA)
Responsible of Core Network Planning & Optimization in the Planning & Optimization department.
Analysis of log files to detect and correct problems radio.
Collects and analyses the network statistics reports and suggests recommendations to enhance the network KPIs.
Generates reports related to core network elements.
Ensures system data base update (intranet) such as (H/W, S/W features...)
Dimensions the network elements (MSS, MGW, MSC, BSC, GPRS, MMS…) based on forecast plans and recommendations.
Verifying changes (CS /PS ) and calculation of KPIs
Site Survey (search for candidates).
