Based on the site of Bietigheim-Bissingen in Germany I'm working on Torque Sensor projects.
I have contacts with the production sites in Shenzhen, in Mexico and in Hungary.
My major mission is to build a cost road map :
a- compare and analyse component's costs between different regions : what are the main cost differences, what is causing these differences, define actions to optimise.
b- start benchmark on different components to get best benefit from different regions. The benchmark includes organising Pre-SoCo, send out RFQs, analyse quotations, negotiations, SoCo, prepare contract.

I was working in the headquarter of Valeo Comfort and Driving Assistance in Créteil. It's a worldwide Business Group which develop interface systems between the driver, the car and the environment in order to improve comfort and safety.
my missons :
- PuMa's Key-User (Ivalua's software for sourcing management): Help-desk for purchaser and controlling and improvement of the data's quality
- Reporting: sourcing committee metrics, Supply Base rationalization Indicator, PPI
- Segment's Leaders' assistance (Electronic- Plastic- Electromechanic) : Supplier Evaluation through a risk assessment
