• Sale of the MEDIA SATURN group’s business activities in France to the HTM group.
• Legal arrangements for the advertising campaign "Si la France gagne, Saturn vous rembourse votre téléviseur" which won the 2010 LSA Oscar for innovation (famous french retail magazine).
• Negotiation and conclusion of commercial leases for the Media Saturn group in France including the lease for the largest electronics retail store in France (12,000 m²) under the SATURN brand, the expansion of which won the 2008 CNCC trophy.
• Redrafting of the contractual instruments in order to provide the brand with greater commercial reactivity in dealings with its suppliers. This reactivity won the ITR/GFK trophy for the most dynamic brand in 2005.
