  • Airbus Group - Human Resources International Mobility

    Blagnac 2009 - maintenant I am working as an International Tax and Social Security Expert in the
    International Mobility Center of Airbus Group.

    Based in Toulouse, I am in charge of streamlining and optimising processes and
    ensuring transnational legal compliance. Airbus Group IMC is functioning closely with
    the International Mobility Operations of all Airbus Group divisions.
    I am accountable for International Tax and Social Security ethics & compliance
    for all Airbus Group companies and their International Mobility Operations
    worldwide. This includes designing and holding of regular training sessions,
    communications and legal updates to International Mobility Stakeholders.

    Additionally, I accompany the divisions in and coordinate social security and tax
    audits of various countries' authorities (Australia, Germany, UK, France etc.).

    With the objective of cost containment, I have established the GAP social
    security policy applicable for our close to 4000 international assignees. This
    policy is the Group's legal framework covering not only social security, but also
    pension, unemployment, family benefits, health coverage etc. It includes the
    coverage of the assignee's family members.

    Moreover, I have achieved to obtain an extensively valuable network with social
    security authorities of various countries to facilitate the treatment of Airbus Group files
    regarding social security exemption, international pension, unemployment, family
    benefits, health coverage...

    My international network such as Forum of Expat Management, RES, Deloitte,
    PWC, Magellan, LinkedIn etc. contributes to maintain and increase my expertise
    on a daily basis and even allows me to give hints to other companies.
    These contacts enable me to keep the Group updated on changes in tax and
    social security legislations impacting the International Mobility departments.
