    - NEGOCIATE THE COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY PARTNERS
    - MONITOR THE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPANY COMMERCIAL POLICY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS
  • EUROCOPTER - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

    2005 - 2008 KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WITHIN THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT IN CHARGE OF ACCOUNTS IN AFRICA MIDDLE-EAST AREA.
    PROSPECTING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES OF EUROCOPTER AIRCRAFT AND SERVICES (SUCH AS UPGRADES AND OVERHAUL, SPARES AND REPAIRS, TRAININGS, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, DOCUMENTATION,FOLLOW ON SUPPORT CONTRACTS).
    DAILY MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP FOR ITS FLEET OPERATIONS.
    COORDINATION WITH EUROCOPTER INTERNAL DEPARTMENT

  • EUROCOPTER - Sales Manager

    2000 - 2005 Eurocopter activity: manufacturing, re-engineering, overhaul and upgrade, services of/for Helicopters (civilian / military).

    Position: Sales Manager for customer service

    Territory: Middle East Area
    Portfolio: governmental, parapublic, companies, private customers, for a large fleet of helicopters.

    Activities:
    Sales and promotion of Customer Service products and services such as:
    Negotiation and follow up of Overhaul and Upgrade contracts
    Negotiation and follow up of Follow on Support contracts
    Spares contracts
    Daily Customer Service management such as but not limited to,
    Spares, Repair and overhaul, Technical Assistance contracts…

    Operational management of 5 persons
