MAIN MISSIONS ARE TO:
- LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY SALES NETWORKS (SUBSIDIARIES, DISTRIBUTORS, MAINTENANCE CENTERS)
- ESTABLISH AND ENSURE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTRACTUAL TERMS WITH THE COMPANY NETWORKS
- NEGOCIATE THE COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY PARTNERS
- MONITOR THE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPANY COMMERCIAL POLICY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS

PROSPECTING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES OF EUROCOPTER AIRCRAFT AND SERVICES (SUCH AS UPGRADES AND OVERHAUL, SPARES AND REPAIRS, TRAININGS, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, DOCUMENTATION,FOLLOW ON SUPPORT CONTRACTS).
DAILY MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP FOR ITS FLEET OPERATIONS.
COORDINATION WITH EUROCOPTER INTERNAL DEPARTMENT
INDIRECT MANAGEMENT
Territory: Middle East Area
Portfolio: governmental, parapublic, companies, private customers, for a large fleet of helicopters.
Activities:
Sales and promotion of Customer Service products and services such as:
Negotiation and follow up of Overhaul and Upgrade contracts
Negotiation and follow up of Follow on Support contracts
Spares contracts
Daily Customer Service management such as but not limited to,
Spares, Repair and overhaul, Technical Assistance contracts…
