The scope of the role covers end-to-end recruiting processes from approval of Internal or External head count, defining profile requirements in conjunction with all hiring managers, managing and executing relevant direct and indirect sourcing strategies in the external marketplace, supporting and handling complex offer negotiations and on-boarding processes at all levels in the organization
