I am a research-oriented person with a keen interest in learning different as well as new things.

Some of my responsibilities, among others, at BioAsia Group are:

- Monitoring of labs work and/or conditions to assure that SOP and all other quality standards are followed at each and every step; including isolation, storage, strain management, subculture production, liquid fermentation, mass production, final product packaging etc.
- Collection, Isolation, Culture Production, Identification and Storage of Entomogenous Fungi (Entomopathogen) particularly Cordyceps spp, also known as Caterpillar Fungus or Dong Chong Xia Cao (冬虫夏草).
- Strain Library Management of Isaria cicadae, also known as Vegetable Cicadae or Jin Chan hua (金蝉花)

- International Development of BioAsia Group.
- Responsible for all International Collaborations.

Toutes les étapes pour produire une mycoherbicide, de la production d'inoculum (à petite aussi qu'à grande échelle) à la formulation ont été suivie. J'ai adressé l'ensemble des problématique liées à la production et à la commercialisation d'un herbicide naturel.
