+ Manage a 14-FTE local team, a 15-FTE offshore team, federate a total of 100 project participants
+ Drive change management for 20 business teams, Pilot IT integration with most W&FJ systems worldwide
+ ERP scope encompasses global Master Data Management, Prices, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Loans and Warehouse management. It is the source of Master Data for all W&FJ IT systems (Business Intelligence, local ERPs, local POS systems, intranet and internet, financial systems…)
