    Paris 1999 - 2009 Responsible for various client projects (~15) and proposals/opportunities (>30), primarily in the telecommunications and IT sectors.
    To summarise, my previous missions/projects entailed the following roles and responsibilities:
    + Responsible for client projects and programs (e.g. integrating new IT systems, analyses on process and architecture improvements, project coordination, etc.).
    + Manage large, multidisciplinary teams (incl. Accenture resources, vendors, & client resources).
    + Assumed global responsibility from start-to-finish, from the proposal stage, through to the build, delivery and deployment phases (including negotiation, contract, team build-up, logistics, training, …).
    + Coordinate the relationship with vendors and partners (negotiation, software and hardware compliancy, product roadmap, managing vendor consultants, purchase orders, billing, training).
    + Manage the relationship with upper client executives (committee meetings, plan roadmap of upcoming projects, estimate budget forecasts, anticipate team staffing, etc.).
  • Ericsson Hewlett-Packard Telecommunications (EHPT) - Telecommunications Consultant

    1996 - 1999 Responsibilities included the customisation and adaptation of EHPT's mediation product (BMP) for client projects, the execution of detailed client requirements analyses at customer sites around the world, and the technical supervision/co-ordination of project teams to deliver mediation solutions to clients.

    Performed all of the following tasks:
    - Pre-study analysis & design of mediation solution for all services
    - Calculation of Implementation Services and s/w licence fees with Commercial dept.
    - Manage a team of engineers to guarantee timely implementation of all project phases
    - Participate in actual configuration
    - Regular trips to client site (international travel) to ensure interactive relationship with client, provide status on project, discuss new requirements, etc.
  • Ericsson - Telecommunications R&D Engineer

    MASSY 1994 - 1996 Involved in different telecommunications R&D projects. Work entailed co-working with several partners both within and outside Ericsson, as well as having to represent Ericsson at many international conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions.

    Piloted the research, design & implementation of the projects below:
    - Design and implementation of a 'Personal Message Centre', providing access to multimedia messages and messaging services to users from multiple terminal and network environments. Results presented and demonstrated at conferences and exhibitions (incl. Telecom '95, Geneva).
    - Specification and design of a Service Node based on IN concepts and Signalling System No. 7, providing advanced services to GSM subscribers.
    - Design and implementation of a UNIX multimedia mail application within the framework of the European RACE programme.
