    2004 - 2005 Focus central EMEA marketing as “vendor” to regions, providing economies of scale by identifying what marketing activities that are currently being executed in the countries could be centralized and the resources required to do this.
    • EMEA Novell Tour organisation and development of all deliverables for 6 countries
    • Set up a merchandising website provided branded give aways for all Novell’s internal and external customers (15 000 customers)

    One1000) with collaboration of Procurement for contract matters – I have managed to promote SDL as the official worldwide localisation vendor for all standard and non standard literature
    • Interface with US global team and EMEA for Corporate Identity and training to vendors and Marketing team.
  • Novell - EMEA Corporate Identity and Localisation Manager

    1999 - 2004 Simplify, Secure, Accelerate the brand perception towards Novell EMEA Team to deliver Novell’s message to external customers, provide countries with processes to guarantee consistency in our communication tools.
    • By creating and setting up an EMEA localisation process for all Novell’s standard and non standard literature, I have managed to divide by 3 the localisation cycle and reduce cost by 45%. I have extended this process to Software localisation, to preserve consistency in all localised tools.
    • To increase positive brand perception inside and outside Novell by insuring consistency in the marketing tools or marcom tools implemented from Corporate material or created and produced in EMEA, I have developed a strong relationship to act as central adviser and central point of contact for EMEA local teams (marketing, sales, Consulting, education,support) and their suppliers
    • Manage the integration of brand identities of Novell and CTP
    • Create a template and manage Novell Magazine in EMEA (7 countries) with respect to look and feel, select and propose as content, articles written by various groups whether at corporate or in EMEA to insure smooth and efficient information both on CI and on localization flow to various groups in EMEA.
