HIGH BRIDGE & CO. is a consultancy agency which aims to promote business interactions between Japan and France. It answers to japanese corporations wishing to set up or develop their activity in France and European Union through three kinds of services : recruitment, marketing and legal advice about immigration and corporation law.
As the legal hub director's assistant I was in charge of :
§ Facilitating alien workers entry and stay in France through all the procedures needed to get a work authorization, a visa and a residence permit.
§ Establishing a priviledged contact with the French administration relevant in immigration business (French office of immigration and integration, Foreign labour office, Prefectures...) in order to work hand in hand and ensure our clients projects.
§ Dealing with further legal matters concerning the corporation and the personnal establishment in France : tax regime, social security, annual reporting accounts...
