  Tasks:
  * Worked in Task Force Team and assisted to control many kicks and two blowouts in Algeria.

  2010 - 2012 * Provided drilling engineering input to projects / asset teams in the screening process of new wells, including: collection, analysis information and evaluation data, preparing drilling programs. Searched and prepared cost estimates.
  * Developed detailed drilling programs, incorporating rig sizing, BHA design, casing design, bit program, mud program (Water Based/ Invert), primary cementing design, drilling time, well head design and selection, kick tolerance, completions and work over, for vertical and directional wells
  * Follow the performance of drilling & coring bits : PDC, Rock bit, Diamond bit & core heads

• Sonatrach Drilling Divison Algeria - Drilling Supervisor

  2006 - 2010 Responsibilities and Working Environment:
  * Supervised all site drilling activity on the wells in development and exploration fields ;
  * Drilling Supervisor on directional wells (4500m) with (30° to 85°), including (1500m) of horizontal section with (58° to 90°) ;
  * Drilling vertical wells with (4500m) including (1800m) of open hole in 6'' section ;
  * Drilling with different bits: 36'', 26'',17 ½ ,16'', 12''1/4, 8''1/2 or 8''3/8 and 6'' ;
  * Drilling with the optimum parameters according to the formations drilled
  * Drilling with coring with Standard core barrels ( with 06 sections)
  * Supervise Running & Cement all size of Casing (30'',18''5/8,13''3/8,9''5/8 & 7'')
  * Assist the liner operators for run 4''1/2 & 7'' hydraulic & mechanical liner, Baker Oil Tools and Smith
  * Run & set 7'' column with Tie Back Sleeve on 7'' liner
  * Set cement plugs & realization of different forms of squeeze
  * Shoe Bond Test (SBT), Formation Integrity Test (FIT) & Leak Off Test (LOT)
  * Assist and coordinate with DST operators (open hole DST, DST with 4''1/2 liner perforated)
  * Assist and coordinate with completion supervisor (single completion)
  * Anticipate and order equipments for each phase of the well in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operations
  * Permanent official representative of Sonatrach Morning briefing each day & the safety meeting before each special operation
  * Report directly to the superintendant in charge to carry out oil wells under best conditions of time, cost, safety & quality
  * In charge to apply and respect the drilling program ;
  * Identify high risk situations and adopt preventive measures
  * To make respect the methods, standard rules and the procedures of Sonatrach
