For the development tools, the team has to respond to the engineers needs to automatize and ease the development flow and process.
For the production test tools, the team develops and maintains test benches which are used in pre-production steps before mass production.
I have also set up the traceability environment and its synchronization between the R&D unit and the factories.
I work for several projects :
- GSM-R handsets and radio modules
- 2G modules (HiLo products)

2007 - 2008For 20 months, I was in charge of all the knowledge transfert between Sagem MCBG division and BBG (tools and process). The aim was to make the R&D unit technically independant as Sagem Communications is now part of the Gores Group.
I was also in charge of the documentation and the training of the engineers to use those tools.

2004 - 2007At the begining, I was in charge of the environment of development installation, and the process definition for the R&D center.
I was also in charge of the installation of ClearCase locally, and the multi-site configuration with LG Software India.
The main job was to implement the customer requirements for the customization of GSM/3G handsets for the european market.

- Development Engineer
Nanterre2000 - 20042000 to 2002 : device drivers engineer. I worked on UMTS projects. The main project was the specification, development and validation of a synchronization component between the GSM and 3G clock systems.
2002 to 2004 : LL1 engineer. I worked on the logical layer 1 software, the development of the MRTR layer, and the power saving algorithm of the NEC e616.

1999 to 2000 : development engineer for an embedded software to pilot a customized network chip for high speed data transfer (first application ADSL modem).
