My role is to supervise and propose hedging strategies to mitigate all market, counterparty and operationnal risks that arise from the procurement of raw materials (grains, oilseeds, gas & power, fertilizers, fats) as well as from the sales of finished products (malt, corn products, glucose syrup, flour, frozen pastries, biofuels, feed compounds) across all the Group's diversified businesses. I supervise also agricultural future/options proprietary trading and market-making activites.
I work with our managing directors to assess strategic investments, M&A opportunties risk/rewards profiles and elaborate relevant risk mandates for the Group's businesses.
