  2012 - maintenant Research and consultation on human rights issues, translation from English and French into Azerbaijani of the judgments of the ECHR (Human Rights Trust Fond project); participation in various Human Rights projects: trainer and expert on ECHR for CoE, OSCE (Baku office), American Bar Association (Baku office), Ecole de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris (in French), and various Azerbaijani Universities and NGOs,

• European Court of Human Rights - Lawyer

  2008 - 2012 Registration of the human rights complaints mostly against Azerbaijani Government; drafting notes on inadmissibility of the complaints to the attention of the Judge under Unique Judge Procedure; drafting communication reports and dealing with the subsequent correspondence amongst the Court, the applicant and his/her representative and the Government; upon termination of the communication process and according to the existing case-law, drafting inadmissibility decisions or judgments under the supervision of the Committee or Chamber Judges. Upon request of the Registry's Research Division, conducting research on different legal/human rights issues and relevant court's practices in Azerbaijan for the needs of Grand Chamber cases.

  2001 - 2008 Contributing to the cooperation between the French and Azerbaijani government authorities and to negotiation and conclusion of the intergovernmental agreements and legal documents; work to intensify the economic and commercial relations between the countries (Azerbaijan-France and Georgia-France), providing general legal assistance; responding to enquiries from French businesses on Azerbaijani and Georgian markets and business environment in these countries; conducting researches, drafting reports and proposals; assisting with visits by French businesses; advising and reporting on business environment issues; organising events, trade missions; regularly visiting and meeting with French businesses in Azerbaijan and Georgia (Economic Mission of the French Embassy in Azerbaijan also covered the Georgian market).
