En charge de la coordination des projets liés aux SI de l'ensemble des fonctions support (RH, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, achats, communication) : management des chefs de projet de l'équipe (entre 2 et 5 personnes), suivi des projets, établissement et suivi du budget du pôle
Parmi les projets supervisés :
- mise en place de la solution Talentsoft sur les périmètres Portail employés, Evaluation, Formation et E-Learning
- mise en place d'un Intranet avec la plateforme Jalios
- mise en place de l'ERP Cloud d'Oracle et de PBCS sur les périmètres comptabilité, achats et contrôle budgétaire
En charge de la gestion des marchés publics sur ce même périmètre (rédaction des cahier des charges, analyses des réponses, suivi contractuel des prestataires)

Context
Groupe Berri is a retirement and insurance group for liberal professionals. It is composed of following pension funds : CIPAV, CAVOM, CAVEC & IRCEC. It represents and administrates pension schemes for 700 000 professionals & 60 000 authors.
Since 2006, the group has been leading an IS redesign. New system ('RAM' - java based solution) is already deployed on CIPAV, CAVOM & CAVEC.
IS project management (MOA) department gathers 20 people, and is organized in 4 domains : pension contribution, pension benefits, incoming/outgoing paiements & accounting, IRCEC 'RAM' deployment.
The department is responsible for the maintenance and the evolution of the system, and brings also a functional testing support in the daily operations (batches...)
Mission
In charge of 'pension contribution' domain, coordinating 5 people.
° team members activity planning (deadlines' anticipation, workload management, priorities definition, tasks follow-up...)
° interface with other departments (weekly meetings with business managers, IS project advisers & operational director, for gathering requirements, negotiating deadlines & quality, defining priorities, projects' progresses & risks reporting...)
° 'RAM' version upgrades coordination
° deeper contribution on some strategic projects (project management + business & legal requirements gathering, functional specifications drafting, testing, UAT coordination, GO live support ...)
