Projet : Easy2Recruit durée : 8 mois équipe : 9 personnes objectif : Création d'un
système de recrutement interne à Manpower.
Easy2Recruit est une application basée sur intranet développé en PHP et
JAVA pour le service de ressources humaines interne de Manpower. Il permet la
gestion complète des transferts de personnel internes de Manpower Belgique.
Allant de la publication des postes vacants à la gestion comptable et sociale de
tous les transferts de Belgique !
Projet : CRM-WMF durée : 6 mois équipe : 6 personnes objectif : Création d'un CRM
« sur mesure »
CRM-WMF est une application basée sur intranet développé en PHP et
JAVA pour le service de recrutement de Manpower. Il permet de faire une
comparaison automatique entre les compétences des candidats et les offres
d'emploi des clients de Manpower et ainsi d'accélérer le processus de placement.
Projet : Sidetrade durée : 18 mois équipe : 9 personnes objectif : Assurer l'intégration
comptable et IT de Manpower Belgique au sein des applications Manpower USA.
La totalité des systèmes de gestion financière de Manpower Belgique (prestations,
facturation, suivi des impayés, taux de fiabilité, comptabilité analytique) a été revue et
mise à niveau.
Projet complexe qui a demandé d'assurer une coordination internationale entre le
service IT et Compta Manpower Belgique, Sidetrade France et Peoplesoft au
USA, responsable de la gestion de la facturation de Manpower USA
Pour chacun des 3 projets, j'ai assuré les tâches suivantes :
* Gestion planning et budgétaire
* Coordination des mises en production
* Rédaction des documents de gestion du projet ;
* Communication et coordination avec les bénéficiaires ;
* Définition des scénarii de test ;
* Coordination et suivi des tests UAT avec les partenaires ;

I've worked on the follow up for the design, development and follow-up of the new
European Data Center.
Project : UED : Univar Europe Datacenter Timing : 2 years Team : 10 people
Goal : Build the DC of Univar Europe (12.000 users) spread over 12 countries.
*The issue of Univar was to gather and consolidate data coming from 12 subsidiaries in Europe.
*All aspects of a DC have been addressed : general design, physical and logical security, analysis of requirements, budget, type of equipment (room, wiring, servers, switches, cooling, etc.)
Project : JDEdwards Timing : 2 years Team : 10 people
Goal : Migration of all management data from SAP to JDEdwards.
*Coordination of 150 consultants present on 12 sites
*Definition and implementation of data and procedures of stock management through
JDEdwards
*Definition of SLA, application of procedures, quality control, budget management.
*Total budget : 2.5K euro
