    - Category manager Full Back Side products : follow-up and analysis of lenses sales, stock and production.
    - Operations Mid Term Plan project manager.
    - Main logistic interlocutor in the scope of any New Products Project.

  • ESSILOR - Asia Engineering, Coating section manager

    Charenton-le-Pont 2005 - 2009 Manager of coating team (10 engineers, including locals and expatriates).

    - Project manager for new high-performance anti-reflective coatings roll-out for Asia plants (Thailand, China, Philippines (2 units), India).
    - Support Asia Operations cost saving objectives : more than 300KUSD saving per year.
    - Development of team global competency level : over expectation as regard to technological plan targets.

  • ESSILOR - R&D Engineer

    Charenton-le-Pont 2001 - 2005 Leader of Mechanical Characterization Unit (2 technicians, 1 Ph.D. student).

    - Expertize related to impact of optician process on lenses : development of a predictive test for rimless frame failure and definition of conception rules for robust products.
    - Development of new scratch resistant coating concepts.
    - Creation of partnerships in between Essilor R&D/ research institutes : mentor of 2 PhD. students and management of research contracts with Ecole Centrale and CNRS (budget ~ 100KUSD/year).

  • Arkema (ex. Elf-Atochem) - Research Engineer

    1998 - 2001 Ph. D. about Understanding and optimizing impact properties of polymer blends.
