     Overall responsible for the supervision, control, coordination and reporting of all Papua LNG Project Controls activities, including the following:
    • Scheduling and progress measurement.
    • Budget and Cost Control.
    • Project Controls related Procedures.
    • Reporting
    • Human Resources administration
     Assists the Development Manager in the preparation of internal or external meetings and presentations, including in particular the documentation for the technical committees.
     Coordinates relationships with the affiliate, and manages requests for specific assistance or technical support.
     Organizes internal or external project reviews (quality reviews, Project Reviews, ODRs...)

    COURBEVOIE 2012 - 2015 Overall responsibility for career management: HR politics implementation, HR campaigns, staffing E&P projects and affiliates, skills management
    ➢ Assist and advise the head of “métier” and the hierarchies on all the questions relative to the human resources
    ➢ Coordinate and control HR campaigns : annual individual assessment, annual Individual wage measures
    ➢ Contribute to the knowledge of the jobs and skills
    ➢ Build cross-functional career paths in connection with the other businesses or the other Branches

    Technical Assistance :

    Budget : Management with PJC Vice President of the annual budget for the division

    COURBEVOIE 2009 - 2012 In charge of Risk Management and Losses Management for E&P branch within the Risk Management and Insurance Group Division .
    ➢ Overall risk assessment of the Total E&P assets ,
    ➢ Development of Insurance Risk Management procedures and data base
    ➢ Insurance valuation of the assets (regular studies by Corporate Cost Estimation Department),
    ➢ Yearly valuations of risk exposures for underwriting renewals and EML (Estimated Maximum Loss),
    ➢ Development and clarification with insurance brokers of the technical dossiers for the CAR policies (construction all risks),
    ➢ Insurance claim management and coordination of loss adjustment within Total E&P subsidiaries,
    ➢ Liaising with subsidiaries, other companies, insurance companies, insurance brokers and loss adjusters

    COURBEVOIE 2008 - 2009 - Assistance to the projects in drafting, negotiating contract documents with Engineering and EPSCC contractors.
