    - Improved operational efficiency and economic models on manufacturing processes through the Lean 6 Sigma methodology (based on field observations, workers workshops, efficiency analysis) with 10% productivity growth
    - Assisted the creation of a 10M€ subsidiary. Designed the organization, synergies with the Group and related processes (manufacturing, Human Resources, finance, procurement)
    - Identified the best strategy to address the market and the catalog offerings logics including the price policies. Performed a benchmark on best practices in sales and go to market of engineering services

    Blagnac 2006 - 2007 Created an algorithm (based on data analysis and mathematics) to design automatically the Turbine Powered Simulators. Used for A350 & A30X projects and presented to Airbus engineers in Bremen, Germany
