  • Alcatel Lucent - Project Manager – Orange 3G pilot network - Performances Validation

    Paris 2002 - 2005 Drive of a 5 FTE team, focusing on Orange France network performances assessment.
    => Defining and running test campaign in partnership with the mobile providers. Providing of the test progress to Orange customer
    => Handling Alcatel internal interface with R&D multi-site team.
    => Supporting the introduction of Alcatel 3G solution in Orange UK network.
