In Charge to manage all the civil activities on 3 By-passes construction (34 km), to complete the access road to the mine. These include severals culverts, bridges and drainages to be build according high specifications and a tight schedule. Completed daily and monthly status reports, interface between the contractors and the others stakeholders. In charge to improve contractors safety policy (zero accident).

In charge to manage all the mechanical and electrical activities on a 12 wind turbines construction site. Checked with the different stakeholders the use of proper material in accordance with technical work description, drawings and codes and rules. In charged to verified that contractors work in a safe manner and according project safety plan and procedures. Checked subcontractor's progress and lead them in the way to complete the goals according the schedule.

Monitored and checked civil and structural steel contractor's works for DAOUI site. Checked with the different stakeholders the use of proper material in accordance with technical work description, drawings and codes and rules. In charged to verified that contractors work in a safe manner and according project safety plan and procedures. Assisted weekly safety walks to verify the area housekeeping and safety. Assisted that work permits are obtained before start job on site and ensure compliance to permit conditions. Reported and maintained close liaison with other discipline supervisors working in the area and construction manager in order to prevent all clashes or work in the area. Checked Contractor's progress of work and transmit relevant data to Project Control Coordinator using tools as the daily report, quantity table and primavera schedules. Verify and discuss with Construction Manager and Engineering modifications required. Reviewed engineering design packages for constructability issues. Recorded modifications and extra works for further approval by Construction Manager, before the execution of the work itself. Ensured in advance that no hold up of Contractor work can occur due to lack of needed engineering documents and materials, or work area accessibility. This to avoid Contractor claims (jointly with Project Control and Field Engineer). Checked calculations of quantities based on field surveying and drawings for accounting unit rate costs. Prepared and issued to Contractor, and file Construction and Final Punch Lists, and follow up the completion of relevant outstanding works. Checked acceptance forms for performed work and state that work is in accordance with drawings/requisitions or reject the work with a precise description why.Collected and file all the relevant QC Forms, according to the Acceptance Procedure.
