Après avoir créé mon cabinet de conseil en recrutement et en évaluation "Victor Linker", j'ai rejoint en ce début d'année les équipes d'Hudson France comme "Team Leader" d'une BU qui regroupe les secteurs des services, de la distribution et des biens de consommation.

Bio Express :
After finishing my superior business studies, I operated as a Business and Marketing Manager for 15 years. I have notably gained a significant expertise in B to B and B to C distribution and services. I worked 8 years for a wine trade business then for a famous Champagne brand. Furthermore, I have been a Development Manager in advertising agency for several years.
Before to join TRANSEARCH International as a Head Hunter Partner, I was Sales Director in an American multinational firm, specialized in the retail of high-added-value consumer goods.
In the light of his professional experience, I have specialized my competencies in the fields of Luxury, Retail, Consumer and Services with a special focus in Sales, Marketing, HR and Support Holding functions. For the begining of 2011, I'm living a new challenge because I create from scratch a new BU Services and Digital like Director in Experis Executive.
In September 2013, I get a Nomination to Executive Director always in Experis Executive.
Before to build my company, I was Director of Sale and Marketing in Clementine to accompany my clients in their digital transformation.
At the end of 2015, while I was launching my new company Victor Linker, I decided to rejoin the team of Hudson France, like a Team Leader, exciting by the collective project and the ambitious of a large international group.
